This post office is inept. They know theynare sevicing a retirement community yet they cant bring packages to people' homes-they bring them to boxes that are all at a central location by neighborhood. Then, they NEVER meet Amazon's commitments for deliveries. UPS does! They just don't care and this is having real human consequences since I sent batteries and supplies to my parents to arrive before Itma and even tho the post office had the package at 2:20 0n Friday, and Saturday was a gorgeous day, they didn't deliver the package to their box so they have no power, no batteries or back-up power for their cell phone now. These are elderly cliemtelle who use msil order pharmacies and need to be able to COUNT on a post office whose motto USED to be "come rain, snow, sleet we ALWAYS deliver" but now a sunny day is too difficult to get out of their truck amd deliver hurricane preparedness supplies. Ridiculous!
